The method comprises the steps that all Braille block information in a to-be-detected Braille picture is acquired based on an M1 network obtained through Rotation-RetinaNet network training; cutting all braille blocks from the to-be-detected braille picture based on the braille block information to obtain braille block pictures corresponding to the braille blocks; rotating the braille block picture to a horizontal direction; on the basis of an M2 network obtained through Rotated-RetinaNet network training, detecting braille information existing in all the braille block pictures; on the basis of an M3 network obtained through Rotated-RetinaNet network training, the smearing condition of the braille alphabets in each braille block image is detected in sequence; and obtaining a detection result of the braille smearing party based on the braille party information and the smearing condition of the b
