Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tea grading and blending optimization method based on machine vision, which comprises the following steps: identifying and detecting flaws of fresh leaves of ancient tree tea and endowing the flaws with weights, endowing different weights according to different fermentation and curling parameters in a tea making process, and dividing the ancient tree tea into four grades according to a weight accumulated value, and making the blended tea cakes according to different grades. By using the method, the taste and the tea fragrance of the blended tea cakes in different batches can be in a relatively uniform level.
