Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cutting verification method based on a multi-layer leek mechanical model, which comprises the following steps: carrying out a shearing experiment on leek rhizomes, observing the fracture behavior of the leek rhizomes in the shearing process, and extracting a force-displacement change relation in the leek root shearing process by utilizing a sensor; establishing a multi-layer leek rhizome mechanical model with a cutting characteristic; carrying out shearing simulation by using a method of coupling multi-body dynamics and a Chinese chive rhizome discrete element, and observing a fracture behavior of a Chinese chive rhizome discrete element model in a shearing process and a characteristic change relation of force-displacement borne by a blade tip; and comparing the force-displacement characteristic curve graphs obtained by the shear simulation and the shear experiment to determine the accuracy of the discrete element model according to the change of the rhizome fracture.
