The method comprises the following steps: acquiring image information of power equipment; acquiring node information of the electric wire, and constructing and storing a topological structure based on branches generated by nodes; driving the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly along the extension direction of the electric wire based on the topological structure so as to traverse each branch of the topological structure; performing preliminary judgment on the image based on the image information in the moving process; an event point is generated based on the judgment result, the unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled to suspend the traversal process and carry out photographing around the event point according to a preset optimization angle, multiple photos are analyzed, and an event is generated based on the analysis result; and uploading the event information to a server, outputting a judgment result by using a server judgment
