Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a graphene-based miniature chiral molecular detector and a use method thereof, and the miniature chiral molecular detector is characterized in that the miniature chiral molecular detector comprises a plurality of unit structures which are periodically arranged along an XOY plane; each unit structure comprises a gold substrate layer, a silicon dioxide dielectric layer, a gold resonance layer and a graphene layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top along the Z axis; the gold resonance layer and the graphene layer are arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the silicon dioxide dielectric layer; the projections of the gold resonance layer and the graphene layer on the XOY plane are completely the same and are mutually overlapped, and each of the gold resonance layer and the graphene layer comprises a trunk, a branch knot, a first side arm and a second side arm which are integrally formed and connected.
