Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel engineering, in particular to a shield tunnel segment joint quasi-static test device and test method. The test device comprises clamp guide assemblies symmetrically arranged at the two ends of a test piece in the length direction; mounting a reaction frame assembly to provide a reverse acting force for the test piece; the loading assembly comprises a first electro-hydraulic servo actuator for applying a predetermined axial force to the test piece and a second electro-hydraulic servo actuator for circularly loading the test piece in a reciprocating manner; the sensing assembly comprises a first load sensor and a second load sensor which are correspondingly installed on the first electro-hydraulic servo actuator and the second electro-hydraulic servo actuator respectively. The loading assembly and the sensing assembly are both connected with the upper computer. The test method is used for completing the quasi-static test of the shield tunnel segment joint.
