Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a flow loading test system for a durability test of a vehicle-mounted damper in a wide-temperature environment, which comprises a loading servo drive subsystem, a series conversion actuator, a loading subsystem and a medium temperature control subsystem, and is characterized in that the loading servo drive subsystem controls the flow output to the series conversion actuator; the series conversion actuator converts normal-temperature hydraulic oil flow from the loading servo drive subsystem on the drive side of the actuator into high/low-temperature test medium flow on the output side of the actuator, and the loading subsystem guides the test medium to a working port of a tested damper to complete flow loading. And after the single loading cycle is finished, the series conversion actuator is reset and filled with liquid, and the medium temperature control subsystem provides a temperature-adjustable test medium for the loading subsystem.
