The device comprises a walking assembly and a measuring assembly, the walking assembly comprises four long circular rings, the middle of each long circular ring is connected with a weight reduction circular plate, each weight reduction circular plate is connected with symmetrical connecting circular rods, and each connecting circular rod penetrates through the corresponding weight reduction circular plate; each long circular ring is connected with a set of supporting electric push rods, and a push rod of each supporting electric push rod is connected with a supporting arc plate.
