The universal base plate comprises a supporting panel and a reinforcing structure, a part containing face and a supporting face are arranged on the two opposite sides of the supporting panel respectively, the supporting panel comprises a plurality of supporting units, and connecting structures are connected between the supporting units. The reinforcing structure is arranged on the supporting face and connected with the multiple supporting units.
