Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides a cooling water circulation system. The cooling water circulation system comprises a cooling tower, a circulating water pump set, a frequency converter, an acquisition module, a controller and a plurality of load devices, a water outlet of the cooling tower is connected with the circulating water pump set through a pipeline and then connected with water inlets of the load devices through pipelines, and water outlets of the load devices are connected with a water inlet of the cooling tower through pipelines. Each circulating water pump in the circulating water pump group is connected with the frequency converter, each load device is connected with the acquisition module, and the frequency converter and the acquisition module are connected with the controller; the acquisition module is used for acquiring operation condition data of corresponding load equipment; the controller is used for determining the target water demand quantity capable of meeting all the load devices
