The method comprises the steps that the actual expansion ratio of the engine supercharger and the pressure difference between the turbine front pressure of the engine supercharger and the compressor outlet pressure are obtained; and if the actual expansion ratio and/or the pressure difference between the turbine front pressure and the gas compressor outlet pressure are/is larger than the corresponding preset threshold values, the actual opening degree or the actual pressure relief pressure of an engine supercharger is adjusted, so that the pressure difference between the actual expansion ratio and the gas compressor outlet pressure and the pressure difference between the turbine front pressure and the gas compressor outlet pressure are smaller than or equal to the corresponding preset threshold values.
