Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a wear-resistant iron-boron composite material with excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and application of the wear-resistant iron-boron composite material. The main components of the wear-resistant iron-boron alloy take an iron-boron composite material as a matrix, and the wear-resistant iron-boron alloy comprises 1.0-3.0 wt% of boron and 0.5-1.0 wt% of silicon. According to the preparation method, the contents of boron and silicon in an iron-based alloy are regulated and controlled, and the prepared wear-resistant iron-boron composite material is composed of alpha-Fe and borides and contains nano and micron ceramic particles which are distributed around the borides and dispersed in a matrix. Under the combined action of the boride and the ceramic particles, the high-temperature mechanical property of the alloy is remarkably improved on the basis of keeping the wear resistance.
