Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of corrosion-resistant nuclear materials, in particular to a liquid lead-bismuth eutectic corrosion and embrittlement resistant high-entropy alloy and a preparation method thereof. The high-entropy alloy comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 40-55% of Fe; 15%-30% of Ni; 10%-20% of Cr; 5%-15% of Al; 1%-10% of Ti; and 0%-5% of Si. The high-entropy alloy is prepared through the processes of electric arc melting, copper mold casting, homogenization treatment, rolling deformation treatment, annealing, aging treatment and the like, a B2-Ni (Al, Ti) ordered phase is separated out while an FCC matrix is obtained, and the alloy has the excellent mechanical properties of oxidation resistance, neutron irradiation resistance and room temperature, high temperature and corrosive environments; and the corrosion resistance of the high-entropy alloy is effectively improved through a plurality of layers of compact oxidation films formed in the corrosion process |
