Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-entropy carbonitride ceramic in-situ reinforced WC-based hard alloy and a preparation method thereof. The hard alloy is composed of a WC phase, a high-entropy carbonitride ceramic in-situ reinforced phase and a binding phase. The high-entropy carbonitride ceramic in-situ reinforced phase is generated in situ in the hard alloy preparation process. According to the method, high-entropy carbonitride ceramic generated in situ is used as an in-situ reinforcement phase, a second phase is strengthened and toughened through a high-entropy effect, a strengthening phase boundary and a grain boundary are generated in situ, element distribution uniformity is improved, and multiple components cooperatively regulate and control dissolution and precipitation and other multi-coupling strengthening and toughening mechanism effects are achieved; finally, mechanical properties such as strength, hardness and toughness of the WC-based hard alloy are synchronously improved, metal oxide powder which is |
