Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to a related serum biomarker for detecting colorectal cancer, an SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) sensor and a preparation method. The SERS sensor is formed by a double-chain nucleic acid structure which is formed by hairpin structure DNA and single-chain DNA, wherein the hairpin structure DNA is marked by Raman signal molecules and specifically combined with related serum biomarkers, and the single-chain DNA is partially complementary with the hairpin structure DNA, and the SERS sensor is obtained according to the positions and intensities of characteristic peaks of 5-FAM and Cy5 at 1170 cm and 1346 cm . The rapid, high-sensitivity and synchronous detection of miR-21 and miR-122 in the serum can be realized; the SERS sensor disclosed by the invention has good specificity, stability and reproducibility, is simple to operate when being used for detecting a clinical serum sample, and can complete the detection of miR-2 |
