Zusammenfassung:The invention is applicable to the technical field of bioengineering, and provides chimeric depolymerases of klebsiella pneumoniae and a preparation method and application thereof, the amino acid sequence of the chimeric depolymerases is shown as SEQ ID NO.1 in a sequence table, and the nucleotide sequence of the coding gene of the chimeric depolymerases is shown as SEQ ID NO.2 in the sequence table. The chimeric depolymerization enzyme provided by the invention is novel in sequence, has relatively strong acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance in vitro, shows broad-spectrum activity to klebsiella pneumoniae of K1 and K2 serotypes, and can be used for remarkably removing capsular polysaccharide of the klebsiella pneumoniae of the K1 and K2 serotypes and inhibiting the toxicity of the klebsiella pneumoniae of the K1 and K2 serotypes. The chimeric depolymerases are expected to become novel antibacterial drugs for preventing and treating klebsiella pneumoniae infection, and have good clinical
