Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, in particular to a bacillus megaterium mutant strain capable of efficiently solubilizing phosphorus and application of the bacillus megaterium mutant strain. The invention provides a bacillus megaterium ALD (preservation number: CGMCC No.26142), the strain is a mutant strain, and identification, passage and effect verification prove that the phosphate solubilizing capacity of the mutant strain reaches 305 mg/L, and the phosphate solubilizing capacity of the mutant strain is improved by more than 40% compared with that of an original bacillus megaterium strain LY153-1 (preservation number: CGMCC No.21828). The phosphorus-dissolving capacity of the strain is improved, so that the strain can better play a role in agricultural planting, activate phosphorus nutrients in soil, improve the phosphorus utilization rate and promote crop growth, which is of great significance to implementation of a weight-losing and efficiency-increasing strategy.
