Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a directional enhanced wave-absorbing coating based on ink direct writing. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a sheet-shaped absorbent with a treated surface; 2) uniformly mixing the prepared flaky absorbent with an epoxy resin monomer to obtain a mixture slurry; (3) an epoxy resin hardening agent is coated, and the prepared mixture slurry is evenly printed and distributed on the surface of the part according to a set path through ink direct writing equipment; (4) when the slurry is not cured, a roller behind the printing spray head automatically applies fixed pressure above the slurry, the cylindrical slurry is pressed to be flat, and the orientation of the internal flaky additives is parallel to the plane of the part; (5) after printing is finished, uncured mixture slurry is cleaned, and the directionally-enhanced wave-absorbing coating is obtained.
