Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a preparation process of a corrosion inhibition type anti-rust pigment, which comprises the following steps: sequentially adding a water-borne epoxy resin diluent and a water-borne epoxy curing agent diluent into metal slurry to obtain powder; pre-dispersing the prepared powder, water and propylene glycol monomethyl ether to obtain a pre-gel substance; and dropwise adding a sulfonate diluent into the pre-gel, carrying out adsorption treatment, and finally, carrying out drying and crushing treatment.
