Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method and application of quasi-lossless additive manufacturing functional porous polyether-ether-ketone. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing modified polyether-ether-ketone in a solvent reaction system of dimethyl sulfoxide; the modified polyether-ether-ketone is subjected to solvent exchange, freeze-drying and hydration to prepare porous polyether-ether-ketone; and soaking the porous polyether-ether-ketone in a pypocholoride solution, cleaning and drying to obtain the functional porous polyether-ether-ketone. By utilizing the structural characteristics of polyether-ether-ketone, monomer polymerization is initiated in situ in a dimethyl sulfoxide solvent, and through solvent exchange and freeze-drying, functional porous N-halamine antibacterial coating grafting, osteogenic differentiation promotion and efficient antibiosis are realized, and the clinical application value is extremely high.
