Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an extraction method of gutta-percha, which comprises the following steps: cleaning, drying and crushing folium cortex eucommiae and bark into powder for later use; putting the powder into water, adding an amphiphilic surfactant, soaking for 16-20 hours, then adjusting the pH value to 5-7, adding resveratrol and compound enzyme, performing enzymolysis at 40-50 DEG C for 4-6 hours to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate, and performing enzyme deactivation for later use; the enzymatic hydrolysate is subjected to ultrasonic extraction for 5-7 min under the conditions that the ultrasonic power is 200-220 W and the temperature is 25-35 DEG C, and then extraction is conducted for 60-80 s under the condition that the microwave power is 300-400 W; and drying the enzymatic hydrolysate until the water content is 5-7%, extracting with petroleum ether, distilling to obtain crude gutta-percha, eluting with acetone, and filtering to obtain refined gutta-percha.
