The preparation method of the cobalt-nickel bimetal organic framework compound comprises the following steps: mixing a cobalt-nickel bimetal salt solution and a 2-methylimidazole solution, and sequentially standing and drying to obtain the cobalt-nickel bimetal organic framework compound. The cobalt-nickel double-metal organic framework compound is prepared by adopting a slow diffusion method, the used raw materials are common and easy to obtain, and the prepared cobalt-nickel double-metal organic framework compound is prominent in shape, has a relatively large specific surface area, can be used as an organic framework to bear more substances, is beneficial to further treatment of a sample, and ca
