The invention solves the technical problem of unsafe production caused by the use of azide in the preparation process of synthesizing (S)-oxetan-2-methylamine by taking (S)-2-((benzyloxy) methyl) ethylene oxide as a starting material through five-step reaction. 本发明属于有机合成技术领域,涉及一种(S)-氧杂环丁烷-2-甲胺的合成方法。本发明以缩水甘油为反应起始原料,通过六步反应实现了(S)-氧杂环丁烷-2-甲胺的合成。本发明解决了以(S)-2-((苄氧基)甲基)环氧乙烷为起始原料五步反应合成(S)-氧杂环丁烷-2-甲胺的制备过程中使用叠氮化合物导致生产不安全的技术问题。
