The invention discloses nano-based capillary crystalline self-healing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The nano-based capillary crystalline self-healing concrete comprises reference mortar and active chemical powder, the reference mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 400 to 600 parts of a cementing material, 1400 to 1600 parts of sand, 30 to 50 parts of an expanding agent and 240 to 260 parts of water; the active chemical powder is composed of a complexing agent, an auxiliary agent, calcium formate and sodium gluconate, the dosage of the complexing agent is 0.05-0.15% of the mass of the cementing material, the dosage of the auxiliary agent is 0.2-1% of the mass of the cementing material, the dosage of the calcium formate is 0.6-1% of the mass of the cementing material, and the dosage of the sodium gluconate is 0.05-0.15% of the mass of the cementing material. According to the nano-based permeable crystallization type self-healing concrete disclosed by the invention, the
