Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method of the one-dimensional boron nitride three-stage hierarchical structure mainly comprises the following steps: by taking a magnesium source, a boron source, a cosolvent, a nickel source and strong base as raw materials, firstly preparing a boron-containing precursor by using a molten salt method; then putting the boron-containing precursor, nickel salt and strong base into solvent water, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion uniformly, heating and stirring, and filtering and drying the obtained turbid liquid to obtain a [B-O-Mg-Ni] precursor; calcining the [B-O-Mg-Ni] precursor in a nitrogen-containing atmosphere to obtain a nitrided crude product; and finally, carrying out acid pickling and centrifugal drying on the nitrided crude product to obtain the boron nitride micron hollow tube hierarchical structure with nanotubes loaded on the surface. A substrate is not needed, the preparation process is simple, the price is low, and the obtained boron nitride product is relatively high in purity. |
