Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a crane supporting system safety monitoring method and device based on real-time monitoring data, and the method comprises the steps: analyzing the stress and deformation of a supporting system under different working conditions in the operation process of an external climbing crane in advance; a crane dynamic safety early warning index system composed of main beam stress, inclined supporting stress, horizontal supporting stress, pylon deformation and main body structure anchoring section stress is established, an automatic monitoring technology is adopted to obtain operation working conditions, stress and deformation data in real time, and the actual working conditions of field operation are associated with the dynamic safety early warning index system. In addition, the actual working condition of field operation, target data and a safety early warning index system are combined with BIM, and visual dynamic safety monitoring of the external climbing crane supporting system is achieved.
