Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of metal processing, in particular to a high-precision aluminum bar automatic production system and method. The suspension mechanism is used for bundling the aluminum bars and hoisting and transferring the aluminum bars through the gantry crane, and the suspension mechanism comprises a fixing assembly used for bundling the aluminum bars, a moving assembly arranged on the fixing assembly and used for moving the aluminum bars, and an output assembly arranged below the fixing assembly and used for sequentially outputting the aluminum bars; the stacking mechanism is used for stacking the aluminum bars and assisting bundling of the suspension mechanism; and the soaking mechanism is used for being matched with the suspension mechanism to remove rust of the aluminum bar. The technical problems that the aluminum bar rust removal effect is poor, and the consumed time is long are solved.
