The mechanical arm position alignment method comprises the steps that initial position information of a target plane for a mechanical arm is determined, wherein the initial position information comprises a unit normal vector and a preset projection point of the target plane; controlling the mechanical arm to move according to the initial position information of the target plane; the current coordinate of the tail end plane of the mechanical arm is obtained, and a target projection point and a target normal vector on the tail end plane are determined according to the current coordinate; determining the displacement between the tail end plane and the target plane according to a target projection point and a target normal vector on the tail end plane, and a unit normal vector and a preset pro
