Comprising the following steps: dissolving hydrated Co salt and Zn salt in methanol to obtain a solution A, and dissolving an imidazole compound in methanol to obtain a solution B; pouring the solution A into the solution B, stirring, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain a ZIF product; dispersing the ZIF product into dichloromethane; mixing NIT-Ph-R with dichloromethane, dropwise adding the mixture into the ZIF suspension under violent stirring, stirring and reacting; and washing and drying to obtain the NIT nitroxide free radical functionalized MOFs material.
