The invention relates to a light emitting device, a light emitting display device including the same and a method of manufacturing the same. Disclosed is a light emitting device including: a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other; and a hole transport layer, a first emission layer, and an electron transport layer sequentially disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. In the hole transport layer, the metal halide of the first material may be doped with an n-type inorganic compound of a second material.
