Comprising a carbon fiber structure body, a metal heat dissipation conductive insert and a temperature equalizing plate, the carbon fiber structural body and the metal heat dissipation conductive insert are co-cured and integrally formed through a front pre-embedding method, and after forming, the vapor chamber is welded to a cold plate groove of the metal heat dissipation conductive insert through a lead-tin welding method.
