And large particles can be avoided to a great extent, so that the coating quality is ensured. 本发明将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为活性剂，最终得到粘度稳定、分散均匀且储存时间长的电池浆料。电池浆料的制备过程中，在浆料组分充分地分散开后，再加入PVP，包覆在微粒表面，利用PVP的空间位阻效应，达到使浆料进一步分散的作用，并且能够稳定浆料的粘度，使其在较低的水平上保持稳定，延长浆料保存时间，此外，PVP良好的分散作用，能够极大程度避免产生大颗粒，进而保证涂布质量。
