Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of air traffic control, and particularly relates to a flight data-based leap waypoint judgment method and a flight program judgment method, and the flight data-based leap waypoint judgment method comprises the steps: segmenting FOQA data of a flight segment into a plurality of data sets with the same time duration; acquiring waypoints corresponding to each data set to obtain a waypoint list; when more than one waypoint corresponds to the same data set, determining an expanded character from the previous waypoint name characters in two adjacent and different waypoints; constructing an expanded data set according to the FOQA data corresponding to the expanded characters; and when the difference between the azimuth angles of the adjacent moments in the expanded data set meets a preset condition, determining the previous moment in the adjacent moments as a leap moment of the previous waypoint, and determining the previous waypoint as a leap waypoint.
