Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a helium bubble evolution analysis method and device. The method comprises the following steps: continuously shooting a plurality of helium bubble images by adopting an electron microscope; helium bubbles in a single image are identified and analyzed; matching helium bubbles in adjacent images through a Hungary algorithm; and classifying matching results among the images and forming a specific evolution process of the helium bubble. The method has the advantages that noise is reduced, images with uneven brightness can be processed, the accuracy and recall rate of helium bubble recognition are greatly improved, and evolution processes of helium bubble generation, movement, deformation, combination and the like can be analyzed. 本发明涉及一种对氦泡演化的分析方法及装置。其中,该方法包括:采用电子显微镜连续拍摄多张氦泡图像;对单张图像中的氦泡进行识别和分析;通过匈牙利算法匹配相邻图像中的氦泡;将图像间匹配的结果归类并形成氦泡的具体演化过程。本发明具有降低噪音、能够处理亮度不均匀的图像,同时大幅度提高氦泡识别的准确率和召回率,并能分析氦泡产生、移动、形变与合并等演化过程的优点。
