Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a sensing and display integrated augmented reality device and method penetrating through a scattering medium. The device comprises a modulation illumination module, an information sensing and control module and an augmented reality module. The modulation illumination module utilizes an incoherent light source located in a near-infrared band to illuminate a target so as to collect incident light distribution information. The information perception and control module collects speckle images by using an upper computer, executes an image reconstruction algorithm, sends the speckle images to a spatial light modulator controller, and synchronously controls a red, green and blue three-color laser to realize modulation control of a three-dimensional color light field; and the augmented reality module realizes final three-dimensional image observation by loading a pure phase hologram. According to the method, the image enhancement technology and the speckle convolution reconstruction method are
