Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a mid-infrared light absorber, and belongs to the technical field of mid-infrared light absorbers. The dielectric waveguide layer is laid on the metal substrate; the capacitor array comprises a group of graphene capacitors which are arranged periodically and are arranged on the dielectric waveguide layer; when mid-infrared TM polarized light is vertically incident on the graphene capacitors, the upper polar plates of the odd-numbered or even-numbered graphene capacitors in the capacitor array are connected with the positive electrode of a power supply, and the lower polar plates of the odd-numbered or even-numbered graphene capacitors are connected with the negative electrode of the power supply to apply voltage to the graphene capacitors so as to change the conductivity of the graphene capacitors. The difference value of the conductivity of the adjacent graphene capacitors is increased, and the light absorption capability of the mid-infrared light absorber is enhanced. According to the |
