Comprising the following steps: preprocessing historical typhoon data; reconstructing a historical typhoon wind field of the northwest Pacific Ocean by utilizing a typhoon wind field model and extracting an annual maximum wind speed sequence; calculating the annual maximum wind speed sequence of each grid of the northwest Pacific Ocean by utilizing sea surface wind data of ships; calculating the annual maximum wind speed sequence of each grid of the northwest Pacific Ocean by utilizing sea surface wind data of satellites; determining the maximum wind speed sequence sample of the last year of each grid of the northwest Pacific Ocean, and estimating the extreme wind speeds of the northwest Pacific Ocean in different recurrence periods by using different extreme value distribution models and parameter estimation methods, so as to solve the problem of insufficient annual maximum wind spe |
