The method comprises the steps that the system plans a propeller measurement path through a left camera in a binocular camera module and a laser galvanometer module; the optical lens module is used for adjusting the shape and size of a laser spot on a paddle so as to improve the spot extraction precision; preprocessing the light spot image by adopting a frame difference method and morphological opening operation, quickly segmenting light spot image points on the propeller blade, and calculating a laser spot center coordinate by combining a Gaussian fitting method and a local gravity center method; the binocular camera module is used for obtaining three-dimensional coordinates of laser spots on the to-be-measured propeller, and then parameters such as the screw pitch of the propeller are calculated.
