Zusammenfassung: | According to the automatic crystal control method and system based on the Bridgman-Stockbarger method, temperature and motion linkage is regulated through time parameters, after the temperature reaches the set target temperature, a motion system can receive a signal sent by a linkage module, a crucible can automatically descend according to parameter setting, and the whole crystal growth process is stable and reliable. No manual control is needed except for raw material feeding and furnace discharging after crystal growth is finished.
本发明提出一种基于坩埚下降法的晶体自动控制方法及其系统,通过时间参数调控温度与运动联动,实现温度达到设定目标温度后,运动系统会接收到联动模块发送的信号,并且坩埚会根据参数设定自动下降,整个晶体生长过程,除原料进炉和晶体生长结束出炉外,无需人为控制。 |
