Comprising the following steps: step 1, cleaning a plastic scintillator by using ultrasound in cooperation with a cleaning solution; 2, performing hydrophilic treatment on the surface of the scintillator by using oxygen plasma; step 3, carrying out adsorption treatment on the surface by using tetrachloropalladate radicals to finish surface modification of the organic molecular layer; and 4, under the temperature control condition, performing nickel solution electroless deposition on the surface of the plastic scintillator by using the special proportioning solution.
