Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a 5-series aluminum alloy plate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) smelting and casting; (2) hot rolling is conducted, specifically, the heating temperature is controlled to be 500-540 DEG C, heat preservation is conducted for 2-10 h, and the initial rolling temperature of hot rough rolling is 500-540 DEG C; (3) cold rolling; (4) intermediate annealing is carried out, so that the average grain size after intermediate annealing is 15-40 [mu] m; and (5) secondary cold rolling: controlling the deformation to be 6%-20%. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses the 5-series aluminum alloy plate manufactured through the method.
