Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a primer probe combination for identifying natural recombinant strains of African swine fever viruses and a detection kit thereof. The primer probe combination comprises a first primer probe combination and a second primer probe combination, the nucleotide sequence of the first primer probe combination is shown as SEQ ID NO.1-SEQ ID NO.3, and the nucleotide sequence of the second primer probe combination is shown as SEQ ID NO.4-SEQ ID NO.6. The invention further discloses a kit for detecting the content of the primer probe. The primer probe combination is designed aiming at the B602L gene of the natural recombinant strain of the African swine fever virus and the B646L gene of the African swine fever virus, the qualitative property of the African swine fever virus and the identification of the natural recombinant strain of the African swine fever virus are realized at the same time, and the primer probe combination is strong in specificity and high in sensitivity.
