The invention relates to the technical field of assisted reproduction, in particular to a DNA molecular check tag and application thereof in assisted reproduction detection. The tag comprises an upstream universal primer region, a multi-termination codon coding region, an identification region, a length adjustment region and a downstream universal primer region. Marking different samples of the same patient by using DNA molecular check tags with different recognition sequences; dNA molecular check tags with different positions and/or additional sequences of the recognition area in the length adjustment area are used for marking samples of different patients in the same batch, so that not only can the genetic detection results of frozen biopsy embryos and biopsy cells thereof be accurately and effectively associated, but also the genetic detection process of the proofreading biopsy cells can be tracked in a whole process; therefore, the safety of a genetic detection technology before embryo implantation is pow
