Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a near-infrared receptor micromolecule based on a nine-fused ring unit and an application of the near-infrared receptor micromolecule in an organic photoelectric device. The structural formula of the acceptor molecule is shown as a formula I, # imgabs0 represents different benzoheterocyclic electron withdrawing units, and A represents an electron withdrawing unit. The receptor disclosed by the invention has a unique nine-fused ring molecular structure, a prolonged conjugated skeleton and an enhanced intramolecular charge transfer effect, and a light response range is expanded to a near-infrared band. A device prepared by matching the receptor with a proper donor can obtain high transmittance, high short-circuit current density and high energy conversion efficiency. In addition, when the narrow-band-gap acceptor material is applied to a laminated organic solar cell and a near-infrared organic photoelectric detector, excellent device performance can be obtained. |
