The reaction process is as follows: # imgabs0 #; comprising the following steps: (1) taking 2-amino-3-methyl-5-bromo-benzoic acid as an initial raw material, and reacting with carbon monoxide and methanol to generate an intermediate I; (2) preparing an intermediate II from the intermediate I and the intermediate IV; (3) reacting the intermediate II with ammonia water, and performing ammonolysis ring opening to obtain an intermediate III; and (4) cyclizing and hydrolyzing the intermediate III under the action of sodium hydroxide to obtain a metabolite IN-PLT97.
