A battery cell positioning block and a positioning groove are arranged at the upper end of the battery cell placing platform; an upper cover placing platform is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the upper cover supporting frame; an upper cover pole positioning block, an upper cover positioning groove and an upper cover retainer positioning block are arranged at the upper end of the upper cover placing platform; and the upper cover supporting frame is fixedly connected with the battery cell placing platform through a connecting rod. The battery cell placing platform is in sliding connection with the bottom plate. And a battery cell code scanning gun connecting block is fixed at the upper end of the battery cell placing platform, and a battery cell code scanning gun is fixedly arranged on the battery cell code scanning gun connecting block.
