Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of biological materials, and particularly relates to an engineered exosome for treating sepsis lung injury as well as a preparation method and application of the engineered exosome. The engineered exosome for treating sepsis lung injury provided by the invention comprises an active component, a targeting part and an antioxidant part, the active component comprises a drug-loaded exosome loaded with antibacterial peptide MDC through electroporation; the targeting part comprises a targeting peptide compound DSPE-PEG (Polyethylene Glycol)-gamma 3; the antioxidant part comprises cerium dioxide nano particles CeO2 wrapped by DSPE-PEG-SH (Distearoyl Sulfonate Polyethylene-Polyethylene Glycol) and PDA (Polydopamine). The invention provides the engineered exosome MDC (at) Ex-gamma3-CeO2 (at) PDA capable of performing targeted therapy on the sepsis lung injury, and the engineered exosome has remarkable anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative injury effects.
