Application of Tibetan medicine meconopsis horridis in resisting respiratory syncytial virus

The invention provides application of meconopsis horridis extract in preparation of drugs for resisting respiratory syncytial viruses. According to the present invention, the drug concentration of the meconopsis horridis extract in different modes is determined through the CCK-8 experiment, and the inhibition effect of different meconopsis horridis on the RSV nucleic acid and the RSV virus is explored by establishing the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) fluorescence quantification method so as to provide the scientific and powerful support for the prevention and control of the RSV. 本发明提供了多刺绿绒蒿提取物在制备抗呼吸道合胞病毒药物中的用途。本实验通过CCK-8实验确定不同方式的多刺绿绒蒿提取物用药浓度，通过建立呼吸道合胞体病毒(RSV)荧光定量方法，探究不同多刺绿绒蒿对RSV病毒核酸及RSV病毒的抑制效果，以期为防控RSV提供科学有力的支持。
