Application of lactic dehydrogenase A inhibitor in preparation of medicine for treating diabetes mellitus wound healing

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to application of a lactic dehydrogenase A inhibitor in preparation of a medicine for treating diabetes mellitus wound healing. According to the present invention, the research results show that the lactate dehydrogenase A inhibitor (LDHAi) can promote the healing of diabetic wounds; in view of the fact that lactic acid with proper concentration can promote cell proliferation and excessive lactic acid can inhibit cell growth, the LDHAi provided by the invention can properly inhibit the generation amount of lactic acid in the diabetic skin, so that the lactic acid modification of the diabetic skin is reduced, the generation of collagenous fibers at the wound is increased, and finally the healing of the diabetic skin wound is promoted.
