Zusammenfassung:An implantable medical device (IMD) performs a first device test sequence during an evaluation cycle within a first predetermined time after implantation. The device test sequence includes at least two of: detecting an impedance of at least one electrical path having at least one electrode and comparing the impedance to a first predetermined impedance threshold to determine a connection state of the IMD; during an electrogram (EGM) test, comparing at least one EGM event of the patient to a first predetermined EGM event threshold; determining a first pacing capture threshold of the IMD; at least one clinical or patient-specific physiological index is detected and compared to a first predetermined physiological index threshold.
